Who are we looking for?
For liturgical service at the events we organize, we invite men of various ages (generally 16–100) with experience of serving at the altar: masters of ceremonies, instituted acolytes and lectors, extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion, and also more experienced altar servers. We usually celebrate the liturgy according to the current edition of the Roman Missal for the dioceses of Poland.
When do we meet?
This is a task group – we do not hold regular meetings, but in the 2024/25 academic year there are two liturgies at which we serve regularly: “Masses for Those Seeking Beauty” – once a month on Sunday at 5 p.m. at 12 Stolarska Street (please register in advance), and Votive Masses in honor of St. Dominic on Tuesdays at 9 a.m. in the Myszkowski Chapel, also at 12 Stolarska Street.
How can you deepen your experience?
We organize the Liturgical Celebration Workshop, to which every July we invite altar servers and all liturgy enthusiasts aged 16 and over to Kraków. The 2023 and 2026 editions each brought together about 20 people, and the program included serving at solemn Masses, meetings with invited guests, and visits to places and sacristies that are normally closed to the public.
